Warrant holders may now exercise their warrants at S$0.06 per new share, with no charges involved.
To exercise:
1. Complete and sign the Warrant Exercise Form in duplicate. Click here to download.
2. Prepare a bank draft or cashier’s order payable to “IX Biopharma Ltd”.
3. Submit both forms and payment to

before 3:00 p.m. on any business day or before 5:00 p.m. on the expiration date (Fri, 17 July 2026).
Please note that processing will take approximately five business days.
The last day for trading in the Warrants on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will be Friday, 10 July 2026, and trading will cease with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 13 July 2026.
